We come from the hospitality floor, not the Big Four, and we
wouldn't call ourselves consultants. We started in dish-pits
and worked our way through kitchens, bars, and management.
We started Fælles because the industry needs some love,
but beyond that it needs practical solutions and common grounds for
community. We believe that better-run businesses make better
workplaces, and better workplaces change how the profession is
collectively seen.
