Kerry has helped scale single-site venues into multi-location operations and led or supported 15+ restaurant openings. At Fælles, he works with owners on governance, operations, and financial performance, with a particular focus on developing managers, building recruitment pipelines in the Danish market, and using roster and menu data to make smarter decisions about pricing and people.

Jack helped build and ultimately led MAD Academy over six years, creating training programmes that taught thousands of hospitality professionals how to lead and sustainably manage their businesses. At Fælles, he works with owners and teams on evolving how they do business, from programmes that develop their people and culture to systems that help them hit the numbers they want.
